FAQs

Who do you work with?

Millennials are my thing! I help work through low self-esteem, stress & anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitional issues, and identity development. Helping you rediscover the most daring question, "Who am I?" and build healthy relationships.
Emerging Adults (18-25) & Young Adults (18-35) who reside in the state of Florida and in The Bahamas.
I have a sweet spot for helping young adults feel confident in themselves and explore how to create trusting relationships with others.

How long are the sessions?

As we enter into our therapeutic work together, we typically meet for 45-50 minutes per session. I suggest beginning with consistency, with weekly sessions, until therapeutic goals are met.

Some clients attend for six to nine months, while others enjoy going to therapy for years. You’ll want to keep up your motivation as you develop an open mind, positive perspective, and healthy coping skills. Your old habits and behaviors will gradually and organically develop into positive habits. During this process, new neural pathways in your brain will form.
